This exclusive, self-guided tour is designed to showcase the perks and sights of living downtown including modern conveniences, luxurious living spaces, historic sites, whimsical hidden gems, and more. The tour is set for Saturday, October 8 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

What’s Included
Tickets are just $20 and include a swag bag of goodies, tour map, program, snacks and drinks. You will also receive exclusive access to the common spaces, amenities, and living spaces of luxury properties including Shillito Lofts, Avril Lofts, The Renaissance and more.
Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at some of downtown’s most popular spots and businesses. These include places such as: 21C, Maverick Chocolate, Revel Urban Winery, Northside Distillery, Shires’ Cafe, Churchill’s Fine Teas, and More!
